Tori D. Huggins
Tori D. Huggins is a 2003 graduate from Clinton High School and a 2007 graduate from Hendrix College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Kinesiology. At Hendrix, Tori played collegiate basketball and softball earning an All American designation for her basketball accomplishments. In September 2008 she earned the first of many welding certifications through the United Association welder training program. Those certifications provided her the opportunity to work at in the nuclear power industry where she served most of her apprenticeship and went on to become a journeyman. Just 2 years after completing her apprenticeship she was hired by the Arkansas Pipe Trades Association to be the lead welding instructor. In this capacity she is the instructor for the 18 Week Accelerated Welding Program, helps manage instructors for two other welding programs, and serves as Diversity Coordinator for the Plumbers & Pipefitters Apprenticeship Training of Arkansas.
